About the J. PAUL TAYLOR CLUB:
The J. Paul Taylor Club was founded in 2003 as the Dennis Chavez Club under the guidance of former County Chair Bill Barnhouse and Russell S. Autry. To mark the 10th Anniversary of the Doña Ana County Democratic Party Labor Day Breakfast in 2012 the name of the club was changed to honor J. Paul Taylor, a leader of our County party and a leading spokesperson for southern New Mexico for many years. Taylor has been a community leader and educator in Mesilla for six decades. He served as State Representative from 1986 until 2004.
One way local Democrats may pay tribute to the historic legacy and efforts of J. Paul Taylor for southern New Mexico and for all of the citizens of our state and region is to support the work of their local Party by becoming a member of the J. Paul Taylor Club.
There are many benefits of membership including tickets to events sponsored by the local Party, invitations to smaller gatherings where you get to speak with your local, regional, state and national elected officials, and having your name listed along with other people who have joined the J. Paul Taylor Club and care about supporting our local Democratic Party.

President — $2200 ;Senator — $1200; Governor — $600; Ambassador — $300; Representative — $120.
